Timothy Ollry

Timothy Ollry is the Telecoms & Digital Development team lead which focuses on infrastructure, digital innovation and the use of digital in community development within the wider Regional Development and Innovation Unit (RDIU) in the Department of Rural and Community Development.

Timothy has over 15 years’ experience in IT projects in Revenue and the Department of Agriculture focusing on EU schemes. He worked in the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications on the National Broadband Plan and continues to support the Broadband Connection Point’s initiative around the country.

Timothy works towards bridging the digital divide between urban and rural areas and optimising the opportunities and economic and social benefits that digital connectivity brings to all communities in the country.
