There was a TITAN outage on 8 February 2025 when we upgraded/migrated our backend database system to Postgresql 16.
As was recently announced, we are planning an upgrade of the Deskpro ticket management system on 12 April 2025. More details can be found here.
We are planning to move to TITAN 9 in Q2 2025 – more details to follow.
DeskPro Community Hub
We want to remind Registrars about the .ie Community Hub in DeskPro which can be used to share ideas or submit questions, suggestions, feature requests or bug fixes. These will be visible for other users to comment on. This enables us to gather ideas directly from you to help improve our products and services.
