Colin Hanley is a digital communications professional and UX designer with over 20 years of experience.

He is founder and CEO of Xplore Local, a digital infrastructure for towns, and co-founder and Lead Designer with Ourside Digital Agency, one of Ireland’s leading app and web development agencies.

Throughout his career, he has overseen and contributed to the development of websites, apps, branding, and dynamic content for both national and international clients.

With a background in marketing and tourism, he has also collaborated extensively with state agencies and local partnerships to help raise the digital profile of Irish towns.
